IT Support Executive
We are looking for a full-time IT Support Executive to join our technical staff in providing excellent support to our clients on hardware and software systems, including installations, maintenance, pre-sales and after-sales support, IT services help desk and training services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work as an effective member of the team and independently.
The successful candidate should also possess:
– A sound knowledge of Microsoft products, including Active Directory, Windows Serves OS, Windows OS and Office applications.
– A sound knowledge of computer networks including TCP/IP Networking.
– A basic knowledge of MAC OS.
– A relevant IT qualification.
– Good command of written and spoken English.
– A keen interest in hardware and software.
– A clean driving licence.
