You can download a free 60 day trial ScanStation licence by clicking the link below. Once you download and run the trial ScanStation software you will be prompted to register by entering contact details together with a valid email address. Upon registration you will then immediately receive a trial licence activation key. In the event that you do not receive this email please check your junk email folder.
If you already have a previous version of the ScanStation software installed, we suggest you update to the latest version. You can do this easily by starting your existing ScanStation software application and hitting the Check for Updates button at bottom left of the startup screen. The PC must be able to access the internet for this function to work.

If on a Microsoft Active Directory (AD) network, ScanStation can integrate with AD to authenticate users. If AD is not available, local ScanStation users can be created.
ScanStation requires access to an instance of Microsoft SQL to create its database. SQL Express is sufficient. This can be installed locally on the ScanStation PC or on a networked machine accessible to ScanStation.
Embedded in the ScanStation Trial Version is a complete Start-Up Demo Pack which includes the demo job settings, running order and document pack. Kindly go to Admin Panel -> Help -> Start-Up Demo Pack.
